Half Day Rock Climbing Experience

The choice of rock climbing venue will depend upon your residential location or where you are travelling from. Climbs will be selected to meet the needs of your group. Participants will be trained and supervised to manage the safety ropes for other climbers. We deliberately choose a variety of climbing styles including; chimneys, cracks, slabs and corner climbs to afford a varied introduction to climbing movement.Itinerary:

This half day session aims to pack in as much climbing activity as possible in the time allowed. You can expect some simple coaching in fundamental movement skills and climbing styles. Knowledge of appropriate footwear and equipment , tying into a harness, belaying, spotting and how to abseil. The delivery style is kept relaxed and is pitched to enthuse you about coming back to more climbing
